The box is divided into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is a barreled bitumen melting chamber. Heating coils are distributed around it. The heating tube and the bitumen barrel mainly exchange heat by radiation to achieve the purpose of removing the bitumen barrel. The two guide rails enter the bitumen barrel. trail of. The lower chamber mainly talks about the continued heating of the bitumen released from the barrel. Make the temperature reach the pumping temperature (100°C) and start the bitumen pump after the bitumen reaches a certain temperature, pass through the bitumen pipeline system, come out from one end of the debarrel, and drive into the other end of the debarrel for circulation, so that the temperature can be circulated. It can also be dehydrated and pumped into the bitumen storage tank after it has basically reached the operating temperature and is free of moisture.

In the bitumen pipeline system, a filter device is installed to automatically remove the slag contained in the barrel of bitumen. The lifting mechanism adopts a cantilever structure. The bitumen barrel is hoisted by an electric hoist. The bitumen barrel is placed on the turning platform through the movement of the rotating crane. The barrel is turned over from the turning platform to the opening downward, and the barrel is pushed into the bitumen melting chamber by the hydraulic cylinder.
