Emulsified bitumen as a finished product in the production process, the outlet temperature of ordinary emulsified bitumen is mostly about 85 C, and the outlet temperature of emulsified modified bitumen is above 95 C. The latent heat in emulsified bitumen is not used by many emulsified bitumen equipment, but directly into the finished product tank. The heat is lost arbitrarily, resulting in energy waste.
While doing a good job of environmental protection, a device to protect the environment and a latent heat recovery device are added to the production equipment. How to save energy for emulsified bitumen equipment by recycling heat and reducing energy consumption?

In the production process of emulsified bitumen equipment, water, as a raw material, needs to be heated from room temperature to about 55 C. We designed a heat exchanger to heat latent heat of emulsified bitumen for water supply. It was found that after 5 tons of emulsified bitumen production, with the temperature of circulating water increasing gradually, the water used for production was recycled water, and the water did not need to be heated basically, and only from the energy side, the fuel would be saved by 1/2.
